BINI Event Registration Details

There are two separate processes to:

1. Register for the event
2. Book your hotel

We outline the details of each process below.

1. Registering for the Event

Deadlines 

• There is an early-bird rate for any delegates who register before Friday, 21st November 2025.
• If you register after 21st November 2025, the standard (higher) registration rate will apply.
• Please note the deadline for the early-bird rate cannot be changed.

Payment Links

• Click on the appropriate link below to pay for registration. 
• When completing the form, please select “Public”.
• There is no need to supply a RAMI Membership ID.
• The link will then take you to a Stripe payment page.

2. Booking your hotel:

• This is a separate process. You must book via the Hodson Bay Hotel website with a promo code that is provided on the BINI website.
• The closing date for booking the hotel is the 5th of December 2025. After this date, rooms cannot be guaranteed.
