Dear ENT colleagues and trainees,
I am delighted to inform you that this year’s winter RAMI meeting will take place on Friday 8th December 2023 in the Education & Research Centre, Royal Victoria Eye & Ear Hospital (RVEEH), Dublin. Canapes and refreshments will be served from 5:30 pm until 6:55 pm with the meeting getting started at 7 pm.
The winter RAMI will follow a similar format with oral presentations (6min max, 4min plus 2min for questions) such as case reports, how I do it, how not to do it, and new technique /surgical innovation being accepted. See the abstract format below.
There will be a prize for the best oral presentation and like last year, I’m bringing back the best Christmas jumper /Outfit prize! A bit of seasonal fun to add to our winter/Christmas time. Everything accepted, tinsel, lights, baubles, Santa hats, and innovation will be rewarded!!!
I would encourage all who can, to attend this meeting, as always, your support is greatly appreciated. Please register as early as possible, we need to know the numbers for catering.
Regards,
Eimear Phelan
RAMI OtoRhinoLaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery (ORL HNS) Section secretary
