BINI Event Registration Details

1. Registration Deadline Dates: 

• There are two deadline dates for: (1) Early Bird Registration (2) Standard Registration. Both are linked to different registration rates.
• The deadline date for the early bird registration rate is Friday, 21st November 2025.
• After the 21st of November 2025, the standard registration rate applies. There is also a deadline for the standard registration rate, this is the 9th of January 2026.
• Please note that these deadline dates are set and will not move.  

2. Hotel Booking:

• This is a separate process. You must book via the Hodson Bay Hotel website with a promo code that is provided on the BINI website.
• The closing date for booking the hotel is the 5th of December 2025. After this date, rooms cannot be guaranteed.
