BINI Event Registration Details

There are two separate processes to:

1. Register for the event
2. Book your hotel

We outline the details of each process below.

1. Registering for the Event

Deadlines 

• The early bird rate for delegates is now closed.

Payment Links

• There are two main payment categories: 1.a Whole Conference only and 1.b Affiliates only

1.a Whole Conference Only (standard rates)

• When completing the form, select “Public”.
• There is no need to supply a RAMI Membership ID.
• When you select the “Send” option at the end of the form, a Stripe payment page will be displayed for you to enter your payment details. 

1.b Affiliates Only (Dinner Rates)

Important Notes:

• When paying for an affiliate, you (ie. the PI/PhD/Postdoc/Reg Attendee) will register your details again.
• Enter “Affiliate” in the RAMI Membership ID field.
• Select “Public”.
• When you select the “Send” option at the end of the form, a Stripe payment page will be displayed for you to enter your payment details. 

2. Booking your hotel:

• This is a separate process. You must book via the Hodson Bay Hotel website with a promo code that will be announced soon on the BINI website.
• The hotel can still be booked after the 5^th of December, however it will be at the standard rates and there is no guarantee that rooms will be available.
