Welcome from the President of the RAMI Section of Interns:
As President of the Section, I am delighted to welcome you to the Inaugural Royal Academy of Medicine in Ireland (RAMI) Section of Interns Study Day, the first meeting being held in the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland, 6, Kildare Street, Dublin 2 in April 2012.
Interns from across all Irish Intern Training Networks are participating in this event showcasing research undertaken during their training year. The RAMI Bronze Medal and a Bursary will be presented to both the best platform and best poster presentation.
Congratulations to all those selected to participate in this first meeting. I wish you the very best in your future clinical and research careers.
